TOMORROW 21.01.14 - JUDGEMENT DAY

அன்புத் தோழர்களே.... தோழியர்களே.....

தோற்றதில்லை! தோற்றதில்லை!! NFPE தொழிற்சங்கம் தோற்றதில்லை!!!

                10.01.14 அன்று 500க்கும் மேற்பட்ட தோழர், தோழியர்கள் தென் மண்டல அதிகாரிகளின் அராஜகப் போக்கினைக் கண்டு வெகுண்டெழுந்து, தொடர்முழக்கப் போராட்டத்தில் குதித்தனர். காவல் துறை நண்பர்களை ஏவியும், தென் மண்டல அலுவலக வாயில் கதவுகளைப் பூட்டியும், புரட்சிகர தோழர்களைத் தடுக்க எண்ணிய தென் மண்டலத்தின் சூழ்ச்சிகள் தவிடு பொடியானதும், அராஜக அதிகாரிகளை எதிர்த்து, எழுப்பிய கோஷங்கள் தென் மண்டல அலுவலகமே ஆடிப் போனதும் அனைவரும் அறிந்ததே.....

              அழுத்தத்தினை உணர்ந்த தென் மண்டல தலைவர், புதிதாக அளிக்கப்பட்ட கோரிக்கைகளுக்கான தீர்வினை எட்ட வேண்டிய ஆயத்தப் பணிகளுக்காக, 21.01.14 அன்று வரை கால அவகாசம் அளித்து, 21.01.14 அன்று அனைத்து கோரிக்கைகளும் தீர்க்கப்படும் என்கின்ற உத்திரவாதத்தினைத் தென் மண்டல தலைவர் அவர்கள் அளித்தார்.

             நாளை நடைபெறும் இறுதி கட்டப் பேச்சு வார்த்தையில் 10.01.14 அன்று அளிக்கப்பட்ட அனைத்து கோரிக்கைகளும் தீர்க்கப்படவில்லையெனில், நாளையே, மாநிலம் தழுவிய போராட்டத்திற்கான அறைகூவல் விடுக்கப்படும் என்று நமது மாநிலச் செயலர் அன்புத் தோழர் J.ராமமூர்த்தி அவர்கள் அன்றே உத்திரவாதம் அளித்துள்ளார். 

         அதன்படி, நாளை 21.01.14 நல்லதொரு தீர்ப்பு, மண்டல அலுவலகத்தால் எழுதப்படவில்லையெனில், தீர்ப்பு மாநிலச் சங்கத்தின் மாநிலம் தழுவிய போராட்டங்களால் எழுதப்படும்!!!

MAKE THE NATIONWIDE 48 HOURS STRIKE OF CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES 100% SUCCESS IN POSTAL

Dear Comrades,

As you are aware, the extended National Executive of the Confederation held at New Delhi on 10.01.2014 has decided to organize 48 hours (2 days) Nationwide strike of Central Government Employees on 12^th and 13^th of February 2014. Strike Notice will be served to Cabinet Secretary, Government of India by Confederation and to Secretary, Department of Posts by NFPE and all its affiliated unions on 21.01.2014

.

CHARTER OF DEMANDS

1.      Accept the terms of reference of 7^th CPC, submitted by the staff side, National Council JCM.

(a)      To examine the existing structure of pay, allowances and other benefits/facilities, retirement benefits like Pension, Gratuity, other terminal benefits of various categories of Central Government Employees including Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) of Postal Department.

(b)      To work out the comprehensive revised pay packet for the categories of Central Government employees including GDS as on 1.1.2014.

(c)       The Commission shall determine the pay structure, benefits, facilities, retirement benefits etc. taking into account the need to provide minimum wage with reference to the recommendation of the 15th Indian Labour Conference (1957) and the subsequent judicial pronouncement of the honorable Supreme Court there-on, as on 1.1.2014.

(d)      To determine the Interim Relief needed to be sanctioned immediately to the Central Government employees including GDS.

(e)       To determine the percentage of Dearness allowance/Dearness Relief immediately to be merged with Pay and pensi

on including GDS.

(f)        To settle the anomalies raised in various fora of JCM.                                                     

(g)      To work out the improvements needed to the existing  retirement benefits, like pension, death cum retirement gratuity, family  pension and other terminal or recurring  benefits maintaining parity amongst past, present and future pensioners and family pensioners including those who entered service on or after 1.1

.2004.

(h)      To recommend methods for providing cashless/hassle-free Medicare facilities to the employees and Pensioners including Postal pensioners.

2.      Ensure every five year revision of wages of Central Government Employees in future.

3.      (a) Regularisation of Gramin Dak Sevaks of the Postal Department and grant of Civil Servant status, statutory pension and all other benefits at par with regular employees.

(b) Regularisation and revision of wages of casual and contract workers.

4.      Compassionate appointment – removal of restrictions imposed by Gove

rnment.

5.   

   JCM and Anomaly Committee Functioning.

6.      Fill up all vacant posts and creation of new posts wherever justified.

7.      Stop downsizing, outsourcing, contractorisation and privatization of Government functions.

8.      Stop the move to introduce performance related Pay (PRP) system, Extend PLB Bonus for all, removing bonus ceiling.

9.      Revise OTA and Night Duty Allowance rates and clothing rates.

10.  Implement arbitration awards.

11.  Five promotions to all.

12. 

Rescind the PFRDA Act. Ensure statutory Pension for all.

13.  Stop price rise. Revive and extend public distribution system for all.

14.  Stop trade Union victimization.

15. Ensure Right to strike.
