Filling up of vacant posts of Direct Recruit IPs

CHQ has severally requested to all Circle Secretaries, CHQ Office Bearers and members working in Circle Office to ascertain and intimate the information about the sanction strength of Direct Recruit Inspector Posts (IPs), presently available in the circle and actual vacancy position thereof, but till date information fromHarayana/ Karnataka and Tamil Nadu circles is awaited. It is noticed from the reports so far received from circles that, more than 70% posts (Direct Recruit IPs) are vacant in circles except Bihar/UP/AP and Rajasthan circle. Therefore there is need to take up the issue with Directorate to fill up vacant posts at the earliest to reduce the work burden of other IPs/ASPs.
